‪“sword art online alternative: gun gale online” is possibly the closest i've seen to an anime that actually represents the real world i actually live in. the main characters and their interactions are very real, it's the kind of love story that would just happen to people i know‬

the first season of “sword art online alternative: gun gale online” is 12 episodes, an excellent standalone work by a different author to the main SAO series, you should just watch it whether or not you've seen or whether or not you like SAO, it's really its entirely own thing
