as far as I can tell, if you want a microSD slot, a good IP rating, and a high-end CPU on a current-gen phone, your choices are... basically two Sony models and that's it?

how is the market this bad this can't be real

meanwhile, if I was going to use a massive amount of on-device storage, there's a decent chance it'd be to shoot high-quality video, where I'd want a high-end camera (further limiting options) and very fast write speeds (which can easily outpace even the fastest microSD cards)

i feel like at some point you gotta move stuff off the device's internal storage though, and you'd have an easier time if you can just move it to a microSD card or something inside the phone
