except for fact the actual issuance took 1 day and the remaining 10 days were just… it coming to me by mail? are deutsche post this slow?

1. Postcards within Germany usually take longer to deliver than letters. Edit: I might be misremembering this, could not find anything about this online. πŸ€”

2. A postcard within Germany is more expensive than a postcard from Japan to Germany.
