Hi Safari team. In macOS Golden Gate if you reimplement -[NSWindow setTitle:] you have to inform WindowManager of this otherwise Exposé will just fall back to a generic app title. This is obviously particularly bad for Safari, which I have a bunch of windows of :/ (FB24746276)
